Varispeed-626VM3 drives (VS-626VM3) combine a compact, high speed AC spindle drive motor with a digital vector-controlled, high performance transistor inverter (controller) with regenerative function.

The VS-626VM3 Drives has highly reliable adjustable speed AC spindle motor drives for NC machine tools such as machining centers and lathes, and manufacturing facilities such as transfer machines and testers. They assure exceptional stability, even at high speeds under severe operating conditions.

Protective Function : Winding Selection Failure

Explanation : Windings were not selected within set time.

 

Error code: F-001

Protective Function: Emergency Stop Failure

Explanation: Operation was not stopped within 10 seconds after emergency stop was commanded.

 

Error code: F-100

Protective Function: Inverter Output Overcurrent

Explanation: Output current exceeded set overcurrent value.

 

Error code: F-200

Protective Function: Inverter Internal MC Operation Failure

Explanation: The magnetic contactor in the input block is not functioning.

 

Error code: F-201

Protective Function: MCCB Trip

Explanation: The MCCB in the input block tripped.

 

Error code: F-300

Protective Function: Inverter Input Overcurrent

Explanation: Input current exceeded set overcurrent value.

 

Error code: F-400

Protective Function: Inverter Overvoltage

Explanation: Inverter DC bus voltage exceeded set overvoltage value.

 

Error code: F-500

Protective Function: Motor Overspeed

Explanation: Motor speed exceeded 120% of max. set speed.

 

Error code: F-600

Protective Function: Power Voltage Error 1

Explanation: Synchronous power signal is lost (at power-ON).

 

Error code: F-601

Protective Function: Power Frequency Error 1

Explanation: Whether 50 Hz or 60 Hz cannot be determined (at power-ON).

 

Error code: F-602

Protective Function: Power Voltage Error 2

Explanation: Low-Voltage (85% or lower), momentary power loss (for 0.02 second or longer), or open phase.

 

 

Error code: F-603

Protective Function: Power Frequency Error 2

Explanation: Excess power frequency deviations (Deviation is 5% or the frequency or greater)

 

Error code: F-604

Protective Function: Power Voltage Error 3

Explanation: Low-Voltage of control power source (175 VAC or lower) or power loss.

 

Error code: F-700

Protective Function: Inverter Output Overload

Explanation: Output current of 120% of 30-minute rating flowed for one minute or longer.

 

Error code: F-701

Protective Function: Inverter Input Overloard

Explanation: Input current of 120% or 30-minute rating flowed for one minute or longer.

 

Error code: F-800

Protective Function: Excess Speed Deviation

Explanation: Speed rose to 120% of commanded value or greater, or dropped to 50% or lower.

Protective Function: Motor Thermal Error 1

Explanation: Motor temperature exceeded upper limit (Minor Failure)

 

Error code: F-901

Protective Function: Motor Thermal Error 2

Explanation: Motor temperature over upper limit continued for four minutes or longer.

 

Error code: F-902

Protective Function: Motor Thermal Error 3

Explanation: Break in wire occurred in the motor temperature detection thermistor. (Detected at -10 degree Celcius or less)

Protective Function: Heat Sink Thermal Error 1

Explanation: Heat sink temperature exceeded upper limit (Minor Failure)

 

Error code: F-904

Protective Function: Heat Sink Thermal Error 2

Explanation: Heat sink temperature over upper limit continued for one minute or longer.

Protective Function: Heat Sink Thermal Error 3

Explanation: Break in wire occurred in the heat sink temperature detection thermistor. (Detected at -10 degree Celcius or less)
