Meaning : The servopack and the linear servomotor capacities do not match each other.
A-0b0 Alarm name : Cancelled Servo ON Command Alarm
Meaning : The servo ON command was sent from the host controller after the utility function was executed to turn the power to linear servomotor ON.
A.100 Alarm name : Overcurrent or Heat Sink Overheated
Meaning : An overcurrent flowed through the IGBT.
Heat sink of the servopack was overheated.
A.300 Alarm name : Regeneration Error
Meaning : Regenerative circuit or regenerative resistor is faulty.
A.320 Alarm name : Regenerative Overload
Meaning : Regenerative energy exceeds regenerative resistor capacity.
A.330 Alarm name : Main Circuit Power Supply Wiring Error
Meaning : Setting of AC input/DC input is incorrect.

Meaning : The internal temperature of motor is too high.

Meaning : Communications between the servopack and the linear scale is not possible.
A.910 Warning name : Overload
Meaning : This warning occurs before the overload alarm (A.710 or A.720) occur. If the warning is ignored and the operation continues, an overload alarm may occur.
